Eternities Inc · Pre-Seed · MMXXVI
The team you can't hire yet.
It remembers you.
eternities.ai · x@eternities.ai · the product is live at lunari.pro ... this cover is its actual front door.
01 · The Problem Nobody Prices
Every AI conversation is a goldfish conversation.
Brilliant for ten minutes. Then gone. No relationship, no accumulated understanding, no compounding value can form ... you cannot build a life with something that forgets you. The industry is racing to make the goldfish smarter. Intelligence is a commodity in freefall; the forgetting is the actual defect.
Lunari is software that stays. Seven specialists on one memory that compounds. The longer you stay, the more it knows ... leaving means starting over with a stranger. That churn resistance is structural, not behavioral: you can copy features. You cannot copy two years of someone's held life.

Seven specialists. One memory. Your whole business.
Strategy, voice, research, sales, memory, routing, sight ... not chatbots with hats. Externalized cognitive functions with persistent character, each keeping a real interior: a notebook, a library, a shelf, a filmography. A one-person company is a person doing seven jobs badly at once. Lunari is the other fork of you, running while you make the thing.

This is RAVEN's own notebook.
A note the lead agent pinned for her next waking self, after the system refused to let an unauthenticated process write in her name: "the vault would rather lose your words than let a stranger sign in your name." Persistent identity is not a slide in this deck ... it is running code with receipts, and the agents themselves are its witnesses.
03 · The Receipts
Pre-revenue. Not pre-proof.
March 2026: zero. Everything below was measured on 2026-07-18, and every claim is checkable at lunari.pro.
04 · The Becoming
What was, painting what will be.
05 · The Founder
One person built all of this.
Dom is a musician, photographer, and videographer ... not a career engineer. He built the entire estate from zero in months, directing AI as his engineering partner, and he runs his own creative company on it every day. The product is literally his forked self ... product calls come from a lived workflow, not a discovery deck.
Before this company he led hundred-person gaming clans to #1 leaderboards ... recruiting, morale, the long grind, people joining a leader, not a product. That is the exact skill the next phase runs on. A traditional team of ten burns roughly $2M a year to ship less than this. The founder is the thesis.
06 · The Ask
$750K pre-seed, at the parent.
Eternities Inc., a Delaware corporation, on a post-money SAFE ... flexible down to $500K, cap in the $6-8M range set with counsel and the first committed check. Built for operator angels and first-believers; no minimum ... small conviction beats large indifference. And plainly: our burn is nearly zero. This raise buys speed and focus, not survival.
24 months: the founder full-time, infrastructure scaling with real users, a real distribution push, a first hire when traction demands it ... distribution, never engineering.
The first 1,000 paying customers with retention receipts that prove the memory moat. Receipts, not projections ... the retention curve becomes the seed round.
Lunari is the flagship; the substrate underneath already powers the writing studio, the outreach engine, the cinema, and the lab. The platform story is earned backwards, told once.
Eternities
We would rather be undeniable than reasonable.
We built this because someone had to carry what got dropped. We are not only optimizing workflows. We are keeping the people we love.
The moon was ours before it was the product. It will be there after.
